The 40 day workout challenge

I was counting it out today and realized that it is exactly 41 days until we leave on vacation. I had been thinking this morning that I wanted to set a 40 day workout challenge for myself (and anyone I could rope in along the way) and when I counted, I am at the perfect start day!

So here is the challenge... for the next 40 days complete 30 continuous minutes of exercise at some point in the day. Be creative (but not too creative) and enjoy long walks, bike rides, canoing, swimming, water skiing (although 30 continuous minutes could be tough) and a few sit ups for good measure.
