Reflecting

T is eating all kinds of food and just loves it! Every morning we start the day with some yummy cheerios and conversation. It is so much fun. I enjoy being a mom tremendously. T also loves to eat fresh peaches and pears. Just peel them and he goes at it! Of course they are very ripe, but it is amazing how efficient he is with his little teeth.
He now has 3 teeth that have come through all the way, and 3 more! that are on their way. He has been such a trooper though even though he has had so many coming through at the same time. I have been trying to get a picture of his little teeth, but haven't had a lot of luck yet.
T's also been keeping me busy with his walking around things. He has figured out how to pull himself up on stuff (like his crib when he is supposed to be sleeping!) and thinks that is what he needs to do all day long. He is certainly getting more daring too. A couple days ago when I went into his room he was just standing in his crib and not hanging onto anything, then he took a step towards me! I am not really ready for him to start walking, but I probably deserve it since I was an early walker. My mom always said she was praying we would have one "just like us" when we got older so that we would know what it was like. :-)
In other news, T has another little cousin! Myla Brynn was born on July 27th just after noon. Isn't she a cutie! So tiny. I forget how little they actually are when they are first born. T looked HUGE compared to Myla.
My baby brother is home from Boot Camp, so last night we went to a welcome home/birthday party for him. We met his special friend, Nicki, and had another opportunity to pick on Tom some more (Katie's special friend). Welcome back little bro.
