This week my mom brought down TWO HUNDRED and EIGHTY POUNDS of APPLES. I would like to say that I contributed greatly to all that apple butter, apple sauce, apple pies, apple cake, and on and on that got done, but it was mostly my mom that did it all. I did peel, core, and slice 80 cups of apples for pie, cake, etc, but other than that, I mostly just took care of the boys and made sure people got to eat regular meals.
