Watch Me Grow 14 months

Yes, I know, I am long over due for this post. Time is flying by and my baby is growing up. As much as I hate how quickly it is going, I am loving all the fun that T and I are having together.
Remember this?
How did that change into this-- seemingly overnight?
T is certainly keeping me busy. He loves to climb and as far as he is concerned, anything is fair game. I feel like nothing is safe, because it doesn't matter how high I put things up, he just climbs right up to get it!
Recently when A was at service school in SD, T and I went to stay with his parents to work on some projects. We had a great time. T made sure to lay the charm on thick for Grandma and Grandpa. He knows just what to do to keep Grandma and Grandpa laughing. He does a fake little laugh for Grandma that gets her going every time. It gets mama laughing too!
While we were up there Grandpa had dropped a piece of candy bar on the floor and couldn't find it. The next day while we were working on our project, I noticed, as mom's do sometimes, that T had become very quiet. When I looked under the desk, this is what I saw.
He sure was happy to take care of that chocolate for Grandpa! Grandpa was pretty amused too.
T loves to read and brings me many books over and over again. A and I will read the book he brings, then tell him to go get another. He usually takes the book we just read over to the basket, then brings the same one (his favorites) back as though he got a different one.
We are onto him.
He is jabbering all the time, but it is becoming more and more understandable. When we read he will sometimes say words that sound like the name of the animal in the picture, or sometimes say the sound the animal makes. The other day when Josh was reading to him though, all the animals said "woof, woof."
We may need to work on that some more. LOL.
Today he was looking at a picture of his little friend, and when he carried the picture around talking to it, he sounded like he was saying "Katie." I am still unsure as to how much he is making the connection, but I am sure it is more than what I think!
T is very ticklish, and giggles that contagious little laugh that melts my heart.
Hummm, what else do I want to remember forever?
Hugs and Kisses have become much more abundant. The feeling of his little arms around me as he pats my back and snuggles in is something I hope I never forget.
well, my eyes are suddenly very blurry. *sniff*
more later.
