Babies Don't Keep
4:06 PMBabies Don't Keep
Cleaning and scrubbing
Can wait till tomorrow,
For babies grow up
We've learned to our sorrow.
So quiet down cobwebs,
Dust go to sleep,
I'm rocking my baby,
And babies don't keep.
Cleaning and scrubbing
Can wait till tomorrow,
For babies grow up
We've learned to our sorrow.
So quiet down cobwebs,
Dust go to sleep,
I'm rocking my baby,
And babies don't keep.
Yesterday I was talking with my Aunt Bev, and was reminded of this poem. I have been thinking so much about how quickly Tucker is growing (as I lamented in yesterday's blog), and I really want to remember to enjoy every moment with my little one. One piece of advice I have heard over and over again is to enjoy each stage and each moment, and to take time out to just play.
So here is a little reminder for us all. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
